We had a dry & sunny March of this year and it actually feels like summertime on certain days. Despite the good weather, there are 1,727 homes sold in March 2019 at the Greater Vancouver area and it’s the lowest number since 1986 which was 33 years ago. On a positive note, there is a 16.4% increase from February of 2019. Breaking down to the property types, there are more than 10 months of supply for detached and 6.3 months of supply for Townhouse and 5.8 months of supply for Apartment.
